I’ve been closely linked with music for as long as I can remember. My interest toward music took me from a childhood of classical musical training from the likes of Lena Grozman and John Mccarthy into an adult career of jazz performance, studio work, and recording. A multiple-time winner of MTAC and US-Open competitions, I’ve turned my attention now to jazz composition and performance as a multi-instrumentalist.

These days, I’m busy teaching students of all ages in piano & drums—and recording my next album. With years of teaching experience under my belt, I find myself shying away from a catch-all teaching method and instead tailor my teaching approach to each student individually to best help them grow.
